Thank you for your Mission order. Most Mission pedals, amplifiers, and speakers are built to order, and ship within 7 – 10 business days. Most accessories ship within 2 -3 business days.

If you have an account, you can login to track your orders.

If you do not have an account you can still track your order using the order # from your confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam folder as order confirmation emails can sometimes end up there.

You will receive an email with the carrier tracking # as soon as your order ships. If you signed up for SMS updates, you will also receive a text message with order status updates.

Here is an explanation of what the order status means:

Processing – Order is being built, and processed for shipment.
On Hold – Order is on hold due to a problem or query.  Contact Customer Service.
Completed – Order has shipped.
Refunded – A full or partial refund has been applied.
Note – A note has been made on the order.
Pending Payment – Order received and is awaiting payment. Login or click the link in the confirmation email to pay for your order.
